Pennsylvania Alliance to Control Tobacco

The Pennsylvania Alliance to Control Tobacco (PACT) is a statewide tobacco control coalition dedicated to strengthening tobacco control legislation in Pennsylvania. We recognize the need for a stronger clean indoor air (CIA) law that protects all Pennsylvanians from secondhand smoke exposure.
